Just got back from training with Spencer Fisher for a couple
of days, he is getting ready for Caol Uno. Spencer fights in the
next UFC in Germany. He is very strong, fast, and has great
hands. I'm sure he will do great. I leave for Utah tomorrow to
put the finishing touches on for my fight with Bradley McRae.
I'll be working with my trainer and manager Jeremy Horn, and my
boxing coach, Matt Pena. |

June 26, 2009 -
Horn's Elite Fight Night went real well, it was a great night of
fights, very exciting. Jen Howe knows how to put a show
together. My fight went real well also, it ended 17 seconds in
the first round by way of knockout due to a head kick. |
